We are saddened by the invasion of Ukraine and hope there is a swift end somehow to this conflict.  Our hearts and prayers go out to our retailers and their families in both Ukraine and Russia as their countries and business are greatly affected by this action.  The photo below is from FOX news last week and shows our Inspire customer’s main show room soon after a bomb exploded in the building in Kyiv.   Luckily no one was injured that we are aware of.

The SF3, introduced at IHRSA in Dallas, TX. Will soon be coming down the production line.  The new functional trainer is a streamlined version of the bestselling FT2 and comes with some new innovations.   Inspire designed a new Smith Bar selector mechanism that is so much better than the FT2 that Inspire will soon integrate that design into the FT2 as well.  The SF3 also has shielded top pulleys, comes with the FLB folding bench, and provides a storage rack inside the cage to store the bench when not in use.  The dual weight stacks also match the FT2 along with the weight multiplier to make sure your heavy users have enough weight on the bench press.  We believe this will be a step-down product and capture those customers that will not buy the FT2.  There is also plenty of room for the FT1 below the SF3 and allow customers who want the Smith Bar to step-up to the SF3 for a reasonable upcharge.    In all, this will be a fantastic machine and will make you a lot of money.

Michael and I just returned from the IHRSA show in Dallas, TX and spent two days manning the Inspire Fitness Booth.  I am pleased to say our booth was front and center, lots of people, and lots of new products to talk about.
First, my impression of the show.  It was about 1/2 the size of 2019’s IHRSA show and many of the larger brands downgraded or cancelled their booth spaces.  Taking advantage of this were brands like Inspire Fitness, True Fitness and a hand full of others that looked busy during the show.  Attendance was brisk on the first day and we met with international customers throughout the day.  A few had difficulty getting into the states, and others with visas had no trouble at all.  Travel bans are easing up in the US and we hope this spreads across the globe soon, as we look forward to meeting you in person again when the time is right.

At IHRSA we introduced a new functional trainer SF3. Which I believe will be our next home run product.  I am committing to 200 units and would like all of you to include this model in your next order.    Place your orders now as production is in 3 weeks—this Qty is limited and won’t last long.

I am very excited to announce the launch of the new CFT Commercial Functional Trainer! They are now in stock in California as well as available by container order.

We have received a lot of requests over the years to make a taller, commercial, functional trainer. Especially as our Commercial Dual Machines have been getting more popular, there has been a demand to have a functional option to match the quality of the Duals. While we primarily designed it for the commercial market we see it being a great option for the residential customer that wants a taller, heavier duty, functional. Like all of our products it is a very feature rich, smooth, competitively priced machine.

The Corona Virus is causing governments around the world to ask folks to stay in their homes.  Health Clubs are closed, and people still want to work out, which is driving home fitness sales through the roof!! Customer’s around the world are asking me “Do you have any stock available”.

We are having an upswing in fitness sales here in the States with a huge increase in demand at the USA retail fitness stores.  People are wanting to work out at home and are shopping online and calling the stores.

Due to the concerns around the Corona Virus, TaiSpo in Taiwan, and FIBO in Germany have been cancelled or delayed.  Currently there are no plans to exhibit this year if these shows are rescheduled for later in the year.

Friday, last week, Inspire Fitness decided to pull out of the IHRSA show in San Diego, California which was scheduled for March 19-20.  Today, we heard many other major fitness companies are pulling out of the show as well.  No cancellation of the show has been announced but I expect this will happen.  Inspire Fitness will not have a booth at IHRSA if the show is not cancelled.  Michael Binford and I will also not be attending.  Instead of attending the show, we will be meeting with Inspire Fitness, and Impex Fitness in the Los Angeles area.

Let’s make 2020 the best year ever.  We are strongly encouraging all customers to pre-plan and place their order at least 90 days in advance.  This gives the factories time to produce your orders in time to ship the day you request.

We just spent a week in Australia and Malaysia visiting dealers and assessing the retail market there. Fred Hoag spent two days training with Gym and Fitness in their stores in Brisbane and Adelaide, while I visited Melbourne. We trained in Perth with Orbit Health and Fitness and then ended the trip in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Desiree and I travel near and far to see all our wonderful customers. In October we visited Sobek Sports and helped with the HACE hospitality tradeshow in Cairo, Egypt. Ahmed Abd El Meguid and his team did an excellent job with a full booth of Inspire equipment. Every product was well received and the market for growth looks good in Egypt.

Great news!! The IC1.5 magnetic, belt-driven residential indoor cycle is now available. Get’em while they last!!! We shipped the first three containers to the USA to test the market and they are selling like Hot Pancakes, now oversold in the US by 100 units! We have 20 in stock in the China warehouse and the next production is November 21st where we will get an allocation of another 20-50 depending on if we have any orders for them. So, let’s get busy and place some orders!!! I would love to max out our allocation and make sure you have the hottest bike on the market for the holiday season!

We’re excited to announce we have brand new video loops for your store displays! With now over 200 members at Inspire studio our classes are filling up quickly. This gives us a lot of videos with more excitement and more people in the background.

Another incredible sales training trip to report about this month!! Michael Binford, and Fred Hoag traveled across India to meet with ACME Fitness, our Inspire dealers in India. Mr. Ramesh Raja, Owner and Sales Manager MS Kumaran run the show and are one of our top international dealers. Here are a few pics from the trip, and notes from Michael during the trip that I though you would like to see.

Desiree and I spent two days in Trinidad and two days in jamaica with courts, one of the largest retailers in the Caribbean, with over 80 stores throughout the region. Customer service representatives, managers, and service technicians from all the islands gathered for sales and service training over two days in each location. We want all of our friends at courts to know how much we appreciate their attention to taking care of the customer, providing a great customer experience, and quickly resolving service issues when they happen. It is amazing how much fitness equipment is sold in the Caribbean, and courts is the #1 retailer in the region.

I just completed another successful sale training trip to Peru, Ecuador, and Columbia where I met with dealers and retailers of both Inspire Fitness and GoFit.net. I have a few photos from the trip I thought I would pass along to you.
